INGREDIENTS:

  • 900 g of pork steaks
  • 300 g of mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 200 ml of cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp pepper (tea)
  • 1 tsp sweet pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • Chopped parsley

PREPARATION:

Chop the onion, garlic cloves and parsley. Clean and cut the mushrooms into quarters.

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and garlic cloves. Add the mushrooms and bay leaves and let them sauté.

Add the pork steaks in strips, season with salt, pepper and paprika. Mix everything together and let it cook for about 8 minutes.

Pour in the white wine and let it evaporate. Add the cream and soy sauce. Let it cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.

Serve on a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley and accompany with white rice.
