Preparation Time: 10 mins + time to marinate | Cooking Time: 70 mins | To: 4-6 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 1,3 kg pork loin
- 1 onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 100 ml of white wine
- 1 Tbsp (soup) sweet pepper
- 1 tsp pepper (tea)
- 2 bay leaf
- 2 Tbsp (tea) lard
- 400 g of small potatoes
- Orange slices to decorate
- Olive oil and salt to taste
PREPARATION:
In a tray, place the onion cut into half-moons, the green bell pepper in strips, and the sliced garlic. Add the meat and season with salt on both sides. Add the sweet paprika, pepper, white wine, and pork lard. Coat the meat well with everything and let it marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours or, preferably, overnight.
Place the pork loin in the air fryer basket and drizzle with the marinade. Add the bay leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. Cook in the air fryer for 30 minutes at 200ºC (400ºF). After that time, turn the meat and add the potatoes, already seasoned with salt. Return to the air fryer, at the same temperature, for another 40 minutes.
Place the meat and potatoes on a serving platter. Drizzle the meat with the sauce and garnish with orange slices. Serve, if you like, with white rice or sautéed vegetables. Enjoy your meal!
