INGREDIENTS:

  • 250g coconut
  • 180 g of sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Crimped Paper Shapes

PREPARATION:

Place the whole eggs in a bowl, mix the white with the yolk. Add the sugar and mix. Finally, add the coconut and yeast and mix everything well.

Using a spoon, fill the paper molds halfway and place in the preheated oven at 180º for 10 minutes.
