INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g of fresh arranged squid
  • 300g diced potatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 onion
  • 100 g of green pepper
  • 100 g of red pepper
  • 100 g of yellow pepper
  • 390 g of peeled tomatoes
  • Parsley q.s.
  • Olive oil q.s.
  • 1 teaspoon sweet pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of Pepper
  • Salt q.s.

PREPARATION:

Cut the cleaned squid into pieces and set aside.

Heat a pan with olive oil, chopped garlic and onion and let it sauté. Add the green pepper, red pepper and bell pepper and mix everything together.

Add the chopped tomato, chopped parsley and mix everything together. Season with paprika, pepper and salt and let it cook.

Add the squid cut into small pieces and the diced potatoes, mix everything and cover with hot water. Mix everything together and let it cook for 30 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve the stewed squid sprinkled with chopped parsley.
