Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200º C.

  2. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bain-marie, stir well and leave to cool.

  3. Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff and set aside.

  4. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar until a whitish paste forms. Add the melted chocolate to the yolks and mix well.

  5. Add the previously sifted flour and mix again. Then, add the beaten egg whites, mixing carefully.

  6. Pour the dough into a pan covered with parchment paper and greased with butter. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 10 minutes (or until the sides are firm and the center still jiggles). Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
