Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. Place the sugar and butter in a bowl. Beat until you get a smooth cream.

  3. Add the eggs and beat for 5 minutes until a whitish cream forms.

  4. Add the sifted flour and yeast and mix everything together.

  5. Add the grated coconut and mix.

  6. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the dough into it.

  7. Add the zest of an orange and mix.

  8. Bake for around 45 minutes.

  9. When it is cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool and remove it from the mold.

  10. Decorate with grated coconut.
