Preparation time: 20 mins  |  Cooking time: 35 mins  |  Serves: 6-8 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 400 g of wheat flour
  • 1 Tbsp yeast and powder
  • 140 g diced chorizo
  • 140 g diced ham
  • 150 g smoked bacon strips
  • Sliced black olives to taste

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a mixer add the eggs, milk and olive oil. Beat everything. Add the wheat flour and baker's yeast. Mix all ingredients well and beat vigorously for 7 minutes.

Add the chorizo and diced ham and the smoked bacon strips. Beat everything at low speed to coat the meat well.

Place the dough in a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour. Add sliced black olives on top.

Bake at 180ºC for around 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, brush the surface of the dough with beaten egg yolk. Place back in the oven and bake for around 25 minutes or do the toothpick test.
