INGREDIENTS:

  • 260 g of whole almonds with shells
  • 200 g of chocolate

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 150ºC.

Line an oven tray with parchment paper and place the almonds on top. Place the almonds in the oven to toast for 12 minutes, turning them occasionally. Remove from the oven and set aside.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. Dip the almonds in the melted chocolate. Remove and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Separate the almonds with the help of two spoons and let the chocolate cool. Place in a sealed container in the fridge for a few minutes.

Place in bags to offer or serve immediately.
