Preparation time: 15 mins  |  Cooking time: 30 mins  |  Serves: 6 - 8 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 rolled shortcrust pastry roll
  • 350 g of brown sugar
  • 100 g of flour
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 (350 g) small fresh cheeses
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder

PREPARATION:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees. Line a tart pan with the rolled out shortcrust pastry and prick the bottom with a fork.

In a container place the sugar, eggs, fresh cheese, flour and cinnamon powder. Beat everything very well until everything is well incorporated.

Place the previous preparation in the tart pan and bake for around 30 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the dough is firm.
