Preparation

  1. For the dough: in a bowl add the flour and warm water. Mix all the ingredients well and beat vigorously until a ball of elastic dough forms. Cover the dough and place it in the fridge. Let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size.

  2. Cut meat and sausages into very fine cubes.

  3. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or spread with butter and sprinkle with flour.

  5. On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough, place the meat on top and roll it up.

  6. Place the dough in the pan and brush the surface with egg yolk beaten with a little olive oil.

  7. Bake at 180ºC for around 30 to 40 minutes, until golden on the outside and cooked on the inside (use a toothpick to check).

  8. Suggestion: you can use another type of meat to your liking.
