Preparation time: 20 mins  |  Cooking time: 40 to 50 mins  |  Serves: 6-8 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g of flour
  • Sausage
  • Chicken salad
  • Ham
  • Ham
  • 25 g baker's yeast
  • 50 ml of water
  • 40 ml of olive oil
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Olive oil for brushing

PREPARATION:

For the dough: in a bowl add the olive oil, yeast, flour and warm water. Mix all the ingredients well and beat vigorously until a ball of elastic dough forms, cover the dough and place it in the fridge and let it rest until it doubles in size.

Cut the meat and sausages into very fine cubes and fold into the dough.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Line a rectangular shape with baking paper or spread with butter and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the dough and brush the surface with egg yolk beaten with a little olive oil.

Bake at 180ºC for around 40 to 50 minutes. Let cool and serve.
