Preparation

  1. Cut the inside of the bread slices and set aside.

  2. Cut the chorizo into slices.

  3. Beat the eggs for 2 minutes. Season with pepper, salt and beat again.

  4. Place the bread crust in the buttered frying pan over low heat.

  5. Place the chorizo slices in the center of the bread crust.

  6. Lay the eggs on top, the slice of cheese, cover with the inside of the bread and spread with butter.

  7. Let it brown and after a few minutes turn it over.

  8. Place on a platter, garnish with parsley, diced papaya and blueberries.
