INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g of sugar
  • 100 g of oats
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 50 g of flour
  • 50 g coconut
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp of baking powder
  • Butter for greasing
  • Flour and powdered sugar for sprinkling

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a bowl, add the sugar, olive oil, eggs, beat everything until it becomes a homogeneous dough. Add the oats, coconut and mix everything.

Pour the dough into a pan greased with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for around 40 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven, let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
