Preparation

  1. In a pan, cook the carrots with water and salt for about 30 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool and reduce to puree.

  2. In a pan, cook the orange peels. Once cooked, grind the peels.

  3. In a bowl, add the crushed orange peels, carrot puree, baking powder, sugar and flour. Involve everything. Season with salt, add the egg yolks and mix everything together.

  4. In a bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and salt. Beat everything. Add the dough and mix everything together.

  5. In a frying pan, heat the oil for frying. Fry spoonfuls of the dough in the hot oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
