Preparation

  1. In a pan, boil water with a pinch of salt and butter. Let it boil.

  2. Add the wheat flour with yeast, stirring constantly until the flour cooks a little and comes away from the bottom.

  3. Remove from the heat and place the dough in the mixer. Add the eggs, one at a time, always stirring.

  4. Place the dough in a pastry bag. Set the dough aside and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

  5. Fry the dough in very hot oil forming a spiral, cut the portions by turning them upside down.

  6. As soon as you remove the dough from the oil, drain it and wrap it in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve while still hot.
