Preparation time: 20 mins  |  Cooking time: 35 - 45 mins  |  Serves: 6-8

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 eggs
  • 200ml olive oil
  • 100ml of brandy
  • 500ml of milk
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • 500g of sugar
  • 1.5kg of flour (approximately)
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder

PREPARATION:

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

In a bowl, add the eggs and beat everything. Add the olive oil, brandy, milk, orange juice and mix well.

Add the sugar and beat everything very well. Add the flour little by little until it forms a firm dough. If necessary, add more flour or liquid. Add the baking soda and baking powder, and mix everything together.

  • Pour the dough into the pan lined with parchment paper. Brush the dough with a beaten egg and bake at 180ºC for around 35 to 45 minutes.

    Remove from the oven, let it cool a little and unmold. Serve warm or cold!
