Preparation

Preheat the oven to 175ºC.

In a bowl, add the egg yolks, sugar and beat everything until you get a whitish cream. Add the cornstarch and mix everything together. Add the Greek yogurt, the vanilla aroma surround everything and set aside.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add the salt and beat everything again. Add the egg whites to the dough, stirring gently. Pour the dough into a pan lined with parchment paper.

Place in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
