Preparation Time: 30 mins | Cooking Time: 30 mins | To: 2 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Beef steaks
- Salt to taste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 bay leaves
- 500 g thin potato sticks
- Olive oil to taste
- Butter to taste
- Mustard to taste
- 100 ml white wine
- 2 Eggs
PREPARATION:
On a platter, season the steaks with salt, sliced garlic cloves and bay leaves and set aside.
Wash the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Place the potato sticks in the airfryer basket and drizzle with olive oil. Fry at 200ºC for 25 minutes or fry them in hot oil until they are golden brown. Remove from the basket and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat some olive oil in a frying pan. Add the butter and bay leaves and fry the steaks on both sides over low heat. When the meat is practically cooked, add the mustard and white wine. Mix all the ingredients and let the sauce reduce.
Heat some olive oil in a frying pan and fry an egg seasoned with salt.
Transfer the meat to a clay plate and pour the sauce over it. Arrange the potatoes around the steak and place the egg on top of the meat. Serve with a good salad and rice.
