Preparation

  1. The cod must be soaked in water the day before. To prevent the cod from becoming too salty, you will need to change the water 1 or 2 times.

  2. Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Choose and wash the Portuguese cabbage leaves well.

  3. In a pan, add water seasoned with salt and cook the potatoes with the eggs and cod. As soon as it boils, add the cabbage and let it cook.

  4. In a frying pan, heat the oil with the crushed garlic cloves and bring to a boil. Then add the vinegar and keep warm.

  5. After everything is cooked, place on a platter and serve immediately. Accompany with the sauce separately.
