Preparation

  1. In a frying pan with hot olive oil, sauté the sliced onion and crushed garlic cloves.

  2. Add the cooked and shredded cod and straw potatoes and mix well. Let the potatoes soften a little.

  3. In a bowl, lightly beat the eggs with a fork.

  4. Add the eggs to the cod, mix everything and let the eggs cook. Add the chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Involve everything.

  5. Serve shaped with a rim. Place tomato slices and olives around it and sprinkle with parsley.
