INGREDIENTS:

  • 650 g of gizzards
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 1 Tbsp of chilli pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sweet pepper
  • 3 Tbsp tomato pulp
  • 100 ml of white wine
  • 100 ml of water
  • Olive oil and salt to taste

PREPARATION:

In a pan with olive oil, sauté the onion and chopped garlic cloves. Add the bay leaves, the chopped parsley sprig, the sliced pepper and the gizzards. Let it fry for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Season with chilli and sweet pepper and mix everything. Add the tomato pulp, white wine and season with salt. Drizzle with water and wrap everything.

Cover and let it stew for around 60 minutes on low heat.

Place the sautéed gizzards on a platter and serve with garlic bread.
