Preparation Time: 10 mins  |  Cooking Time: 30 - 40 mins  |  To: 4-6 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cans of tuna
  • 250g pasta
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 2 Tbsp tomato pulp
  • 2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 500 ml béchamel sauce
  • 100 g of grated cheese
  • Parsley, salt and olive oil to taste

PREPARATION:

Bring a pan of water to the boil and seasoned with salt, add the pasta. Let it cook for 10 minutes.

In a pan with olive oil, add the onion and chopped garlic cloves and let it sauté.

Add the chopped red pepper, tomato pulp and sauté for 5 minutes. Add the chopped parsley, tuna and mix everything.

Season with salt and black pepper. Add the sliced black olives and mix everything.

Add the pasta and mix everything. Place the dough on an oven tray, add the béchamel sauce and grated cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 30 minutes or until golden.
