Preparation

  1. Using your hands, form a hamburger. First make a ball with the meat and then flatten it until it is the desired height.

  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut the onion and tomatoes into slices and set aside.

  4. Grease a non-stick frying pan with butter. Place the burger and let it grill on both sides, using the spatula to make sure the meat is well sealed.

  5. Add the onion and let it caramelize along with the burger.

  6. Heat the bread in the frying pan where you made the burger.

  7. Add the mayonnaise, lettuce, tomato, hamburger, onion, mayonnaise to taste, the slice of cheese and the other half of the bread.

  8. You can accompany it with straw fries.
