Preparation
-
For the dough: in a bowl add the baker's yeast and warm water. Dissolve the yeast in the water. Add the flour, eggs, olive oil, milk, melted lard and knead well. Mix all the ingredients well and beat vigorously until a ball of elastic dough forms.
-
Sprinkle a work surface with flour, place the dough and form it into a ball. Place the dough in a bowl and sprinkle with flour. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 1 hour until it doubles in size.
-
Knead the dough and divide it into two parts. Roll out one of the doughs and place the diced ham, sliced sausage and thinly sliced chorizo on top. Place the other part of the dough on top of the meat and shape it into a loaf, shaping it with your hands so that the filling is well contained. Cover the dough with a cloth and let it rise for 30 minutes.
-
Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for around 25 minutes, until golden on the outside and cooked on the inside (use a toothpick to check). Leave to cool and unmold.
