INGREDIENTS:

  • 350g spaghetti
  • Oil
  • 250 g of shrimp brains
  • 500 g cleaned and peeled cooked shrimp
  • 150 g of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 210 g of tomato pulp
  • Chopped parsley
  • Salt, paprika and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

In a pan with water seasoned with salt, add the spaghetti and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes, until "al dente". Then drain and reserve.

In a frying pan, add the olive oil and let it heat up. Add the shrimp brains and the cooked and peeled shrimp. Let it sauté for 2 to 3 minutes. Place on a plate and set aside.

In the same frying pan, add the butter and chopped garlic. Let it cook over low heat until the butter melts completely and the garlic turns golden.

Now add the tomato pulp and mix everything well. Add the cooked spaghetti and mix. Add the chopped parsley, season with salt, paprika and pepper, and mix everything together.

Finally, add the sautéed shrimp and mix gently. It's ready! Place on a platter, sprinkle with chopped parsley and it’s ready to serve piping hot!
