Preparation

Wash the strawberries well and cut them into four.

In a pan, place the strawberries and water, let it cook slowly until most of the water evaporates, about 8 to 10 minutes.

Grind the strawberries a little without completely reducing them to puree, add the honey and lemon juice.

Bring to the boil, and cook for about 2 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly until it reaches tender stage.

Add the chia seeds, mix everything, let it cool for about 5 to 10 minutes to thicken. Store the candy in a sterilized, dry jar.
