INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Eggs
  • 1 can of 8 sausages
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • 30 g of butter
  • Salt q.s.
  • Pepper q.s.
  • Olive oil q.s.
  • chopped parsley q.s.

PREPARATION:

Place the eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Wash and cut the sausages into slices.

In a frying pan with olive oil and butter, heat until the butter is melted. Add the sausages and fry for three to four minutes. Add the spinach sauce and mix everything together. Add the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper.

Let it cook, stirring constantly until the eggs are cooked. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot.
