INGREDIENTS:
- 1 puff pastry
- 500 g cooked and drained pumpkin
- 300 g of grated coconut
- 200 g of sugar
- 4 eggs
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
PREPARATION:
Aqueça o forno a 180 graus. Line a tart pan with puff pastry and prick the bottom with a fork.
In a pan with water, cook the pumpkin. Once cooked, drain the water and grind everything.
In a large bowl, mix the pumpkin, eggs, sugar and grated coconut until well combined.
Place the previous preparation in the tart pan and bake for around 40 minutes, or until the surface is golden brown and the dough is firm. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving.
