INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 sea bream
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 small onions
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 100 ml white wine
  • 1 Tbsp (soup) sweet pepper
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • chopped parsley q.s.
  • 500 g special roast potatoes
  • 2 tomatoes
  • ½ red pepper
  • ½ of beef chorizo

PREPARATION:

Turn on the oven at 200 ºC.

On a baking tray, place the sliced onion and set aside. In a bowl, place the sliced garlic cloves, olive oil, white wine, paprika, salt, black pepper and chopped parsley. Wrap everything up and set aside.

Wash the sea bream, dry them well and make two slits in the loin, diagonally on each side. Place the fish on the tray and scatter the washed and drained potatoes around it. Drizzle the fish with the sauce on both sides. Place slices of tomato, sliced red pepper and slices of meat chorizo around it.

Place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
