Preparation Time: 10 mins + marinating time | Cooking Time: 30 mins | To: 4 people
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 chicken breast steaks
- 4 slices of cheese
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 egg
- 2 orange slices
- Breadcrumbs and flour to taste
- Salt, pepper and oil to taste
- Parsley to taste
PREPARATION:
Season the 4 steaks with salt and pepper, place in the fridge for approximately 30 minutes.
Beat an egg with a fork and set aside.
Coat the chicken steaks in flour.
Dip the steaks in the egg.
Place a slice of cheese on top of the steak, then a slice of ham and cover with the chicken steak.
Coat everything in breadcrumbs.
Then just fry them one at a time, turning them over when they are golden or, for a healthier and equally tasty result, just put them in the oven until they are golden.
Place the breaded on a platter. Decorate with parsley, orange slices and serve.
