INGREDIENTS:

  • 10 slices of ham
  • 10 slices of cheese
  • 400 g puff pastry
  • 1 egg yolk

PREPARATION:

Roll out the puff pastry on a table sprinkled with flour and cut out 4 rectangles.

In each rectangle, place 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese the size of the dough.

Brush the edges with the previously beaten egg yolks and fold the dough, applying a little pressure to make it stick.

Brush the top of the puffs with the remaining egg yolks.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Place on a tray and bake for 20 minutes, or until the dough is golden.

Remove from the oven and serve hot.
