INGREDIENTS:

  • 500g of prawns
  • 6 crushed garlic cloves
  • 33 cl of beer
  • Olive oil q.s.
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and pepper q.s.

  • Chopped fresh parsley

Start by seasoning the shrimp with a little salt and tossing well. Add pepper to taste and drizzle with the juice of 1 lemon. Mix everything together very well and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

After that time, heat the oil in a frying pan. Add the crushed garlic cloves and bay leaves. Let everything heat up very well over medium-high heat.

When the oil is very hot, add the prawns and fry them keeping the heat high. Stir from time to time.

As soon as the shrimp take on color, add the beer! Let it fry a little longer and season with sweet pepper.

When the prawns are well fried and golden, remove them to a platter.

Let the sauce left in the pan simmer for another 3 minutes over medium heat. Then, drizzle the shrimp with the sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley. And it's ready to serve!
