INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Alentejo bread
  • 1 whole sausage (2 strips)
  • 240 g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 4 slices of sliced melted cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar of mayonnaise

PREPARATION:

Turn on the oven and set it to 180ºC.

Cut a lid off the bread and carefully hollow out the inside.

Remove the skin from the sausages and cut them into pieces.

In a bowl, mix the sausage with the mayonnaise, the slices of cheddar cheese and the grated mozzarella cheese.

Fill the bread with the mixture, cover with aluminum foil. Place the bread on a tray and bake for approximately 30 minutes at 180ºC.

Remove and eat the filling, or break into slices.
