Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar for 5 minutes until a voluminous, whitish cream forms. Add the cream and beat everything.

  3. Add the juice and orange zest and mix well.

  4. Add the flour and baking powder carefully. Involve everything.

  5. Pour the dough into a cake tin sprayed with oil and bake for 45 minutes at 180ºC.

  6. Remove from the oven, unmold and let cool.

  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
