Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

  2. Separate the yolks from the whites. Place in a mixer and beat until the egg whites are stiff and set aside.

  3. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until you get a whitish cream. Add the butter and continue beating. Add the chocolate dissolved in the milk and the wheat flour mixed with the sifted Maizena cornstarch.

  4. Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with flour and pour the chocolate mixture into it. Bake at 180ºC for around 35 minutes.

  5. When it is cooked, remove it from the oven, let it cool and remove it from the mold.
