Preparation

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook them with the cod in water seasoned with salt.

  2. Shred the potatoes and reduce them to puree.

  3. Remove the bones and skin from the cod and shred it very finely.

  4. Peel and wash the onion and garlic cloves and chop them finely.

  5. In a bowl, place the mashed potatoes, cod, onion, garlic, eggs and yolks, season with nutmeg, salt and pepper, add a little chopped parsley and knead very well.

  6. Using two tablespoons, take small portions of dough and shape into dumplings.

  7. Arrange them on a tray well separated from each other and freeze or fry them.

  8. Fry them in oil until golden brown, remove them and let them drain on a sheet of kitchen paper.
