Preparation time: 15 mins  |  Oven time: 30 minutes at 180°C  |  Serves: 6 - 8 people

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of purchased shortcrust pastry
  • 150 ml of cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 250 g of blueberries
  • 30 g of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

PREPARATION:

Heat the oven to 180°C.

Line the pan with the dough, leaving the baking paper underneath and prick the bottom with a fork.

Remove the pits from the cherries and set aside.

In a bowl, add the sugar and melted butter, mix everything together. Add the eggs, cream, vanilla flavoring, almond flour and beat everything.

Pour the mixture over the crust, add the blueberries, spreading them evenly over the surface.

Bake for around 30 minutes, until golden. Remove and serve while still warm or cold. Store in the refrigerator.
