Preparation time: 30 minutes  |  Oven temperature: 180ºC for 15 minutes |  Difficulty: Easy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 eggs
  • 300 g of sugar
  • 60 g melted butter
  • 50 g of flour
  • Zest of 2 oranges
  • 180 ml of orange juice
  • Flour for sprinkling
  • Sugar for sprinkling
  • Orange to decorate
  • Tracing paper

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, add the eggs and sugar and beat everything for 10 minutes until fluffy and creamy.

Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Add the orange juice, orange zest, melted butter and flour. Beat everything very well until you obtain a homogeneous mass.

Line a tray with parchment paper and sprinkle with flour.

Pour the dough onto the tray and place in the oven. 180ºC for 15 minutes.

When it comes out of the oven, immediately sprinkle it with powdered sugar, cover it with parchment paper and turn it upside down. Carefully remove the parchment paper and roll into a pie dish while it is still hot. Let it cool completely.

When cold, sprinkle with more powdered sugar and serve decorated with orange slices.
