Preparation Time: 30 min  |  Cooking Time: 25 to 30 mins  |  For: 30 pieces of bread

INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g self-raising wheat flour
  • 500 g of boiled potatoes
  • 125 g melted butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of sugar
  • 200 g of Dried Fruits (Almond Kernel, Hazelnut Kernel, Walnut Kernel, Brazil Nut and Raw Cashew)
  • 125 g melted butter

PREPARATION:

Wash the potatoes very well and cook them without the skin in water seasoned with salt, until they are tender.

Drain the potatoes and reduce them to a puree using a potato masher or in a rice cooker.

In a bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, sugar, eggs, self-raising flour and melted butter. Knead everything with your hands. Add the dried fruits and mix everything well.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Sprinkle a tray lined with parchment paper with flour. Take small portions with a tablespoon and coat in flour.

Bake for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.

Once cool, store the cakes in jars or pack them in cellophane bags and decorate to offer.
