INGREDIENTS:

  • 65 g of wheat flour
  • 60 g of cocoa
  • 1 Tbsp (tea) baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 125 g of sugar
  • Baking paper
  • Butter to taste
  • Aluminum form nº30

PREPARATION:

Line a round pan without a hole with parchment paper and grease the paper with butter.

Preheat the oven to 180º C.

In a mixer, beat the eggs with the sugar until fluffy, for about 15 to 20 minutes (until it triples in volume). Add the egg yolks and beat until well incorporated. Gradually add the flour, cocoa and yeast and mix.

Pour the dough into the pan and bake for around 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven, wait a few minutes and unmold with the help of parchment paper.

Let cool and serve warm or cold.
