Preparation

For the dough: in a bowl add the flour and warm water. Mix all the ingredients well and beat vigorously until a ball of elastic dough forms. Cover the dough and place it in the fridge. Let it rest for 2 hours until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Line a tray with parchment paper or spread with butter and sprinkle with flour.

On a table sprinkled with flour, roll out the dough, cut a rectangle, place a slice of cheese and ham and fold.

Seal the sides and make small cuts.

Place the dough on the tray and brush the surface with egg yolk beaten with a little olive oil.

Bake at 180ºC for around 45 minutes, until golden on the outside and cooked on the inside. Let cool and serve.
