INGREDIENTS:
- 350ml of water
- 30g of butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- 300g self-raising wheat flour
- 5 eggs
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
PREPARATION:
In a pan, boil water with a pinch of salt and butter. Let it boil.
Add the wheat flour with yeast, stirring constantly until the flour cooks a little and comes away from the bottom.
Remove from the heat and place the dough in the mixer. Add the eggs, one at a time, always stirring.
Place the dough in a pastry bag. Set the dough aside and let it rest for about 30 minutes.
Fry the dough in very hot oil forming a spiral, cut the portions by turning them upside down.
As soon as you remove the dough from the oil, drain it and wrap it in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve while still hot.
