INGREDIENTS:

  • 500 g cooked and flaked cod
  • 750 g of potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 ml of olive oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • ½ green pepper
  • 1 tbsp (tea) pepper
  • 1 tbsp (tea) salt
  • Parsley and olives to taste

PREPARATION:

Once cooked, clean the cod of bones and skin, separate it into thick chips and set aside.

Start by cooking the already washed diced potatoes with the eggs, for around 15 minutes, in a pan with around 3 liters of water.

Sauté with olive oil, chopped garlic, onions cut into half moons, and green pepper for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and salt. Let it braise for 5 minutes.

Place the potatoes on a tray, the cod chips, cover with the stew. Decorate with sliced boiled eggs, olives, chopped parsley and drizzle with olive oil.
