INGREDIENTS:

  • 200 g semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 400 ml of cream

PREPARATION:

Melt the chocolate and 100 ml of cream, stirring constantly, in a bain-marie.

Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, transfer the rest of the cream to a bowl.

Using a hand blender, beat and, little by little, add the chocolate.

Distribute the mixture into individual serving bowls.
