INGREDIENTS:

  • 350ml of water
  • 30g of butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 300g self-raising wheat flour
  • 5 eggs
  • Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

PREPARATION:

In a pan, boil water with a pinch of salt and butter. Let it boil.

Add the wheat flour with yeast, stirring constantly until the flour cooks a little and comes away from the bottom.

Remove from the heat and place the dough in the mixer. Add the eggs, one at a time, always stirring.

Place the dough in a pastry bag. Set the dough aside and let it rest for about 30 minutes.

Fry the dough in very hot oil forming a spiral, cut the portions by turning them upside down.

As soon as you remove the dough from the oil, drain it and wrap it in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Serve while still hot.
