Place the oreo cookies in a processor or blender and grind. Set aside 1/2 cup of cookies for later use. Add the melted butter and mix everything.

Line a 20 cm diameter tart pan with a removable bottom, tamping down well. Place in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

In a bowl add the mascarpone cheese and beat until creamy. Add the sugar and mix everything.

Add the vanilla flavoring and cream. Involve everything. Add 6 crushed biscuits and mix everything.

Pour the cream over the biscuit layer and decorate with the rest of the crushed biscuits. Place in the fridge for 4 hours. Then just unmold and serve.
