INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 can of sausages (6 units)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of cooked rice
  • 2 spoons of sweet soy sauce
  • 1 diced carrot
  • 100g of peas
  • 100g green pepper
  • Pepper and salt to taste
  • 1 slice of lime

PREPARATION:

Remove the sausages from the jar, wash them and cut them into slices.

In a pan, with a drizzle of olive oil, brown the onion and chopped garlic cloves.

Add the sausages and let them brown slightly. Add the diced carrot, peas and diced green pepper and mix everything together. Add the beaten eggs, season with salt and pepper. Involve everything.

Add the cooked rice, drizzle with sweet soy sauce. Mix everything and let it cook for 2 minutes over low heat.

Place the rice on a platter, drizzle with lime juice and serve.
