INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package of shortcrust pastry
  • 3 apples of your choice
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 50 g of flour
  • 1 cup of tea with milk
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • Tracing paper

PREPARATION:

Line a tart pan with the shortcrust pastry.

Prick the bottom and sides with a fork.

Cut the apples into thin slices with the skin and drizzle them with lemon juice. Arrange them alternately on the dough, in a spiral and without exceeding the mark.

Pour the cream over the apples.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for around 35 minutes. Let cool and serve.
