INGREDIENTS:

  • 700 ml of milk
  • 1 can of condensed coconut milk with chocolate
  • 100 g cocoa powder
  • 4 eggs
  • Liquid caramel

PREPARATION:

In a bowl, add milk, a can of chocolate condensed milk, eggs and cocoa powder. Mix everything.

Spread a pudding mold with liquid caramel and spread it around the sides. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC in a bain-marie for around 45 minutes.

Unmold when it is almost cold.
