Preparation

  1. In a blender, add the strawberries, add the water, grind and set aside.

  2. In a mixer add the cream and beat. Add the sugar little by little. When the cream is well whipped, add the crushed strawberries and previously hydrated and melted gelatin and mix all the ingredients.

  3. Then distribute the mousse into glasses and decorate with strawberries and refrigerate for 4 hours.
